How to Apply:

Video Length: Keep your video between 1.5 - 2.5 minutes. Longer videos won’t be reviewed.
Confirm Your Category: Make sure you know which category you're applying for before submitting.
Video Requirements:
Shoot in landscape orientation.
Do not overlay music on the video.
Only you should appear in the video.
No effects are allowed. (pan, rotate, zoom in out, edited, filter)
At least one pole (whether static or spinning) should be included.
Film your performance as if the camera were the audience.
If the artists wear heels, we’ll closely monitor safety and how the heels are integrated into their movement.
Quality Matters: High-quality videos score higher. Feel free to use LED lights for an extra touch!

Results: We’ll email the preliminary results within three weeks after the deadline.
Confirm Participation: Reply within five days to confirm your spot for the event. No response means disqualification. Confirmation fee 50 euro.
