1. Website Purpose

LUST provides services related to organizing pole dance workshops and events. We also offer tickets for purchase through this website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to access and use this website or participate in any of the services provided by LUST. By using this website, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Registration and Information

To purchase tickets for workshops or events, you may be required to provide personal information, including your name and address. By doing so, you confirm that this information is accurate and current. LUST reserves the right to cancel any orders made with false or incomplete information.

4. Payment Terms

All payments must be made using the available methods on this website (e.g. bank transfer or PayPal). By purchasing a ticket, you agree to pay the specified amount in full.

General Policy: All payments are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure their availability before making a purchase.

If a participant is unable to attend, they may transfer or resell their spot, but LUST does not manage waitlists or assist with cancellations. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy in full.

4a. Pole Battle Germany Performer Registration

Pole Battle Germany is organized and operated by LUST.

  • Registration Fees: All registrations for Pole Battle Germany as a performer are non-refundable under normal circumstances.

  • Exceptional Refunds: A refund will only be considered in cases of:

    • Serious family emergencies

    • Medical conditions substantiated by an official doctor’s certificate

Refund requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation. Refunds, if approved, may be subject to an administrative fee.

  • No Resale of Tickets: All registration fees and event tickets are final and may not be resold on third-party platforms. Unauthorized resale will result in invalidation of the ticket without refund.

  • Spot Transfers: If you are unable to take part in the event, you may transfer your performer spot to another eligible person. This must be approved in advance by the LUST team. LUST is not responsible for coordinating these changes.

  • Assumption of Risk: All participants understand and accept that attending the event is at their own risk. LUST is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage.

4b. LUNA Night – Community Event

LUNA Night is a mini pole dance community event hosted by LUST as part of our ongoing efforts to create artistic, inclusive, and empowering spaces.

Refund Policy: Payments for LUNA Night are refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may request a full refund by emailing us at info@lustpd.com. Refund requests must be made at least 48 hours before the event. After this deadline, tickets become non-refundable.

LUST reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event in cases of emergency or low attendance. In such cases, all ticket holders will receive a full refund.

5. Liability and Insurance

Participants must carry their own insurance to cover injuries or property damage. LUST is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage during workshops or events. Any participant who causes damage to the venue will be held financially liable and required to pay a fine.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, workshop names, photos, and videos are the intellectual property of LUST. These materials may not be used, shared, or reproduced without our explicit written consent.

7. Prohibited Use

Participants may not upload, submit, or share content on this website. Any misuse of the website will result in immediate access termination and potential legal action.

8. Cookies and Data Collection

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts in Heidelberg, Germany.
